So i said i was going to start working out today and i am. I’m going to be doing it at night before i go to bed and then i’ll be doing at least 30 minutes on an exercise bike during the day.
this is the work out plan that i’m going to start off with. it’s pretty simple and extremely easy. My goal with this is to get my body used to the exercise so that i can gradually start doing more. Once my cardio is a bit better i’m going to start walking and slowly transition to running at least twice a week.
