Time to turn it around. I have two big tests coming up the next two Saturdays so I won’t be able to spend too much time at the gym. I bought my gym membership about a month ago and I haven’t really gotten to use it yet. What I’m going to do is try to make it to the gym every evening and once my tests have passed and I’m not dying studying I want to go in the mornings as well.

We’ll see if it actually happens this time.

I’ll do update photo’s and weight once a week.

I’m back up to 120-125 btw. It’s pretty great.

I’m going to print out some motivation to help me remember to work out and such.

Using don’t break the chain charts I’m going to get myself back on track. 

So I can have a chain chart and a page that says what defines filling a day for all kinds of things. One for walking the dog, one for arm work outs, one for core work outs, one for reading out in the sun, little things that make me happier in the long run, things that I often forget to do.

I’m very excited to get myself on track again!!

So I was doing really good for a while, working out every night, nice muscles coming in on my tummy, arms were in shape. I was doing nearly 100 push ups. But then for whatever reason I stopped. I’ve recently noticed that I’ve put almost all the chub I’d lost back on and I wasn’t able to do 30 pushups! So I’ve been doing bits and pieces of different plans and walking my dog at least twice a week, I’m working up to once a day. I’ll try to remember to update here. I just forget a lot.

Time to get back into bikini shape!

I think I’m getting sick. Anyway I was feeling awful this morning as well so I didn’t work out. I didn’t have tine for the exercise bike because I did a shoot. I’m about to do my nightly work out but I don’t think I’ll be able to finish it all with this nausea and dizziness.

I’ve got to stop skipping my nightly and morning work outs or I’ll never be all nice and yummy for summer.
So yeah. Gotta work out!!

It’s been about two weeks since I worked out. Tonight I did 30 push ups (my wrist gave out and I had to stop), 60 of those crunches when your elbow touches your knee, 40 reverse crunches, and 30 mason twists (these are new to me so I’m learning to do them properly). I want to try and post every night on what I do in the morning and the evening so maybe I’ll remember.
Some mornings I forget because I’m so busy but I’m going to make it a point to ride the exercise bike for 30 minutes to and hour if I skip my morning work out.

I’ve not been well emotionally lately. But things are looking up so tonight I’m starting my work out again. I’ve got to stop skipping days or I’ll get no progress.

So yeah. Starting again tomorrow. Same work out, crunches, core builder, pushups.

I can do them! This is new!

So today I did some core building stuff. Like core strength and stability and shit.

SOO now that I know I can do push ups I’m going to add that to my list of exercises.

As of right now I’m doing bicycle crunches, reverse crunches, vertical leg crunches, long arm crunches, a core building stance, and now push ups.

I like crunches.. :I Mostly because my abs and core and such are what I’m mostly worried about.

I’m also going on bike rides and walks with my little brother.

Not to mention my mother is going to enroll my brothers and I in a once/twice a week homeschool Ice Skating PE. So that will also help out with my leg and cardio.

SOO yeah. That’s my update.

I’m also going on a bike ride with my brother today and I’m going to try to remember to walk the dogs as well.

i’ve also stopped doing my crunches again.

i’m going to start again tonight and on monday i begin teaching my dog to walk on a leash so that i can take her on walks with me. this will require a daily walk around town to get her used to it. short walks at first and then longer as she gets better at walking.

i’ve been fluctuating from 107 - 112 pounds.

ok that’s all for this little update. i will try to remember to update at least once a week and to do my exercises.
